how are the biscuits packaged?

Our gift boxes have food safe inside cushioning and grease proof lining. Each gift box can carry your personal message which will be placed inside the box. The top is tied with our signature satin ribbon. Gift boxes come in sizes small (152x107x25mm), medium (215x152x25), large (305x215x30mm) and are then placed in protective delivery packaging.

Individual biscuits packed in food safe cellaphone bags are tied by satin ribbon and placed in cushioned delivery packaging.

 

how long will the biscuits stay fresh?

Our gingerbread biscuits are always freshly baked to order. Boxed biscuits are best eaten within a month or up to 4 months if transferred to an airtight container and placed out of direct sunlight. Individually wrapped biscuits in bag wrapped with ribbon will stay fresh for up to 4 months if stored out of direct sunlight.

 

can I order bespoke biscuits?

Yes we will be very happy to work with you and your design. Just contact us with your requirements and we will let you know what we could do.

 

how long does take to make the biscuits?

We aim to process your order within 5 working days after your order has been placed. Please note that large orders need more time to be baked and decorated. For orders over 50 please allow 2 weeks of lead time.

 

what if I need the biscuits quickly?

If you run out of time and you need your order quickly please contact us on 07940 007320 or email us on ivet@gingerq.co.uk, we will always try to accomodate you.

 

can I order in advance?

Yes you can. Please contact us with your requirements and delivery date. We will place your order into our books and make sure that its sent on your chosen date.

 

wedding favours and corporate biscuits?

For large orders such as wedding/party favours or corporate biscuits please contact us - we will be very happy to give you a personal quote.

 

cancelling of order?

You can cancel orders that have been placed in advance but we need at least 2 weeks notice. We do not accept cancellations on orders that are processed straight after the order has been placed.

 

return of biscuits?

Unfortunately due to the nature of the products we are unable to accept returns unless you have received the wrong order ,which you can send back to us in the unopened original packaging within 5 days and we will issue you with a full refund.
